Host Live Agreement

This LSG Agency host agreement (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement") stipulates the rights and obligations between LSG Agency (hereinafter referred to as "LSG Agency" or "LSG Agency platform") and the host (hereinafter referred to as "you") regarding the provision of video / voice live broadcasting services on the LSG Agency platform. Please read this Agreement carefully before broadcasting to ensure that you have fully understood the terms of this agreement.

You are not entitled to use the services covered by this Agreement unless you accept all the terms of this agreement. Your live video / voice broadcast on the LSG Agency platform will be regarded as your acceptance of this Agreement.

1. General Provisions

1.1 You must be at least 18 years old and have full capacity for civil conduct. LSG Agency operates a strictly 18+ policy. If you do not meet this condition, you should immediately terminate your use of the platform.

1.2 LSG Agency will provide you with the live video / voice broadcast service of the platform host. You can use the above services for performance sharing and anonymous online interaction after agreeing to this agreement.

1.3 According to this Agreement, you apply to be a host on the LSG Agency platform to provide online video / voice live service. You are responsible for the authenticity, legality, and accuracy of the content you broadcast or upload.

1.4 LSG Agency operates as a zero-data platform. You are not required to provide personally identifiable information or real-name authentication to use the service. However, if you provide anonymous contact information (for agency payouts), you must ensure it is accurate so that you can receive your virtual props and rewards.

1.5 Legal Relationship and Tax Responsibilities

LSG Agency solely provides an online LIVE interactive network platform. Nothing in these Terms shall be deemed to create any employment, labor, agency, partnership, joint venture, or similar legal relationship between you and LSG Agency. You participate on the platform as an independent service provider.

You are solely responsible for determining, reporting, and paying any and all applicable taxes, levies, or governmental charges arising from your use of the platform and any revenue generated, in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction.

LSG Agency does not provide tax advice and shall have no obligation to withhold, collect, or remit taxes on your behalf. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LSG Agency shall not be liable for any tax-related obligations incurred by you.

2. Service Rules

2.1 LSG Agency has the right to revise and change the protocols, rules, and code of conduct of the platform regularly or irregularly. You understand and agree with this.

2.2 LSG Agency and your entrusted agency (hereinafter referred to as "guild") have the right to assess and evaluate you according to the rules of the platform (assessment criteria include but are not limited to the length of live broadcast, user interactions, virtual gifts received, and adherence to laws). If you violate the rules, LSG Agency and the guild will take punitive measures (including deduction of virtual props or direct closure of your account).

2.3 LSG Agency has the right to review the legality of your live video / voice content according to laws and regulations. If the content violates the law, or infringes upon the legitimate rights of a third party, LSG Agency has the right to take measures such as stopping the broadcast, deleting the content, closing the account, and cooperating with the competent department for investigation.

2.4 LSG Agency is responsible for providing you with a platform for broadcasting. However, LSG Agency does not guarantee that the network service will always be completely uninterrupted or secure due to the inherent nature of the internet.

2.5 In view of the particularity of the live service, you agree that LSG Agency has the right to change, interrupt or terminate part or all of the live service at any time without liability.

3. Rules of Use

3.1 You promise that you will not damage the legitimate interests of a third party or violate Singapore laws, regulations and normative provisions while broadcasting.

3.2 You guarantee that you have the ownership or legal right to use all the pictures, audio, and video contents uploaded or broadcasted. Any improper behavior, violation of laws, or infringement of rights shall be borne solely by you.

3.3 You shall bear the conditions and expenses (including internet charges and hardware) required for broadcasting. If the live broadcast is unstable due to your network, LSG Agency may require you to upgrade your connection.

3.4 The video / voice live service you provide shall not involve politics, guns, drugs, violence, pornography, or any content that endangers national security, is obscene, or violates public order and good customs.

3.5 Anonymity and Security: Because LSG Agency does not collect real names, you are solely responsible for keeping your anonymous login credentials safe. It is forbidden to give, borrow, rent, transfer, or sell your account. You take full legal responsibility for all activities associated with your account.

3.6 You promise not to publish, upload, or provide real-world privacy information (such as your address, real name, or phone number) to others during a live broadcast. Doing so is at your own risk, and LSG Agency will not bear responsibility for any losses arising therefrom.

3.7 You promise not to do anything harmful to the image and brand of LSG Agency. During the term of this Agreement and after, you are not allowed to spread false information or speech harmful to the reputation of LSG Agency. Otherwise, LSG Agency has the right to close your account and withhold virtual income.

3.8 If a third party participates in your live broadcast, you guarantee that there is no legal dispute with the third party. You are solely responsible for their conduct on your stream.

3.9 You are not allowed to display the logo or mention the name of competitor live broadcasting platforms on any occasion while streaming on LSG Agency, nor may you attempt to redirect users away from LSG Agency.

3.10 Agency Payouts: If you are appointed to LSG Agency by a studio, brokerage company, or other third-party organization (guild), all virtual props and income you get will be paid by LSG Agency to the above-mentioned organization and settled with you by them. You agree not to claim against LSG Agency directly for the payout of these funds.

4. Cash Rebate and Withdrawal Policy

Our platform strictly prohibits any form of cash rebates. Users may only withdraw points earned through receiving gifts or tips from others. Any attempt to use the platform for illegal purposes, such as money laundering, fraud, or gambling, is strictly prohibited. The platform will immediately suspend offending accounts and report the case to relevant regulatory authorities.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

5.1 LSG Agency owns all intellectual property rights of its service logo, platform design, and software elements.

5.2 You are not allowed to reverse engineer, reverse assemble or reverse compile the relevant applications, software, and products involved in the platform services.

5.3 By broadcasting on the platform, you license LSG Agency a free, permanent, irrevocable right to broadcast, project, and transmit your public stream content through the information network.

6. Confidentiality Obligation

6.1 Trade secrets refer to all non-public information provided by LSG Agency, including technical information, business information, guild settlement methods, and authorization methods.

6.2 Without written authorization, you shall not disclose these trade secrets to a third party or use them for purposes other than performing this agreement. This clause survives the termination of this agreement.

7. Modification, Rescission and Termination of the Agreement

7.1 LSG Agency has the right to change or terminate this agreement when necessary.

7.2 LSG Agency has the right to terminate the agreement immediately if you violate the statements made herein, cause damage to the interests of LSG Agency, violate Singapore laws, or perform this agreement in a way that does not meet the standards of the platform.

8. Liability for Breach of Contract

8.1 LSG Agency shall not be responsible for any direct and indirect damages and expenses incurred by you resulting from your violation of platform rules or public disclosure of your own identity.

8.2 LSG Agency has the right to claim compensation for losses caused by your breach of this agreement.

9. Others

9.1 This agreement can be updated by LSG Agency at any time. Once published, the updated terms replace the original. If you continue to use the services, you will be deemed to accept the modified agreement.

9.2 Any dispute related to this Agreement shall be settled through negotiation. If negotiation fails, please contact our support team at contact@livestreamingguide.xyz. The dispute shall ultimately be governed by the laws of Singapore.
