User Recharge Agreement

This LSG Agency user recharge agreement (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement") stipulates the rights and obligations of the user (hereinafter referred to as "you") and LSG Agency (hereinafter referred to as "LSG Agency" or "LSG Agency platform") regarding recharge consumption and use.

Before you agree to this Agreement, you must carefully read and fully understand all the terms stipulated within this Agreement, as well as the national laws and regulations on such Internet information services. If you object to any of the terms of this Agreement, you may choose not to use LSG Agency, as using it means that you agree to abide by all the provisions of this Agreement, and any subsequent amendments we may make to this Agreement from time to time. Additionally, you must be at least 18 years old and have full capacity to enter contracts under the laws of the jurisdiction in which you reside. If you do not meet the above conditions, you should immediately discontinue the use of the Service.

1. General Provisions

1.1 LSG Agency platform is a secure, zero-data video social platform provided by the LSG Agency team (hereinafter referred to as the "Team") for users to conduct live video, watch live video, video chat services, and interact with other users anonymously through text, voice, video, gift-giving, etc. LSG Agency will provide users with virtual gifts, technical support, traffic access and other services for video social networking.

1.2 You agree to the pertinence of the Service and the cost investment, and agree to pay the corresponding fees according to the recharge rules of the platform. The LSG Agency platform guarantees that the recharge rules are equally applicable to all users. You must agree to this Agreement before using the Services mentioned above and online interaction.

1.3 The final right of interpretation of this Agreement belongs to LSG Agency. LSG Agency has the right to revise and change this Agreement, protocols, rules and codes of conduct applicable to users of LSG Agency platform at any time. We will notify you of any change in these terms through platform announcements, and you will be asked to agree to these changes before continuing to use the LSG Agency platform.

2. Terms of LSG Agency "Coins" Issuance

2.1 The "coins" are the virtual currency provided by the LSG Agency Team for your relevant consumption on LSG Agency. You can use "coins" to purchase various products or services on LSG Agency, such as virtual gifts to give to hosts. However, "coins" cannot be exchanged for real currency. You should buy the corresponding amount of "coins" according to your actual needs. There is no refund available after any purchase.

2.2 You can buy "coins" by recharging through LSG Agency's mobile app. The specific exchange ratio is subject to the rules announced by LSG Agency at the time of recharging. These "coins" are not a currency and not tradeable for goods and services other than on LSG Agency.

2.3 After accepting this Agreement, you can use U.S. dollars or fiat currencies of other countries where permitted, to purchase "coins" on LSG Agency. We reserve the right to unilaterally change, adjust, suspend or terminate the rules of using USD or fiat currencies of other countries. You agree to unconditionally accept all changes made to any of the above purchase rules by us. When the LSG Agency platform carries out the above actions, it will notify you in the way announced on the LSG Agency platform, taking effect automatically from the date of announcement.

2.4 When using the recharge method, you must carefully confirm your selection. LSG Agency will not provide any refunds or any form of compensation once "coins" have been purchased.

2.5 If you recharge in an illegal way or in a way that is not specified by LSG Agency, we do not guarantee the successful or correct completion of the recharge. LSG Agency reserves the right to terminate your account qualification and your use of the various recharge services at any time if you are found to have recharged in any unauthorized manner.

2.6 After a successful recharge, you can freely use the "coins" added to your LSG Agency account. However, the platform will not provide any refund or reverse exchange services.

2.7 LSG Agency has the right to correct any processing or system errors which may result in an incorrect amount of "coins" being registered in your account. Because we do not collect personal phone numbers or emails, LSG Agency will notify you via in-app platform messages before doing so. If you receive fewer "coins" than you should have, LSG Agency will promptly credit your account. If the error causes you to receive more "coins" than you should get, LSG Agency has the right to directly deduct the difference from your account regardless of the nature and reason of the error.

3. Terms of Use

3.1 You can check the balance of your "coins" on the LSG Agency mobile app at any time. If you have any objection to the record, you should immediately notify LSG Agency. You agree that the transaction record on LSG Agency will be the only effective basis for "coins" transactions.

3.2 LSG Agency has the right to set relevant policies related to the transaction from time to time based on the consideration of transaction security, including but not limited to the transaction limit, transaction times, etc.

3.3 LSG Agency utilizes third-party payment gateways (such as Google Pay or Apple Pay) to provide transaction services for the purchase of "coins". We do not collect or store your payment details. You agree that LSG Agency is not responsible for any errors, faults, or other issues arising from your use of these third-party payment services.

3.4 When recharging, you should ensure that you are the authorized holder of the payment account. You have sole liability and responsibility for any issues that may arise from your use of the payment gateway.

3.5 You shall be personally responsible for any losses or liabilities arising from the failure of LSG Agency to provide you with the "coins" purchase service due to your own actions. LSG Agency shall not be liable, including but not limited to:

• You do not operate in accordance with this Agreement or any policies published by LSG Agency;
• Your LSG Agency account is invalid, lost or blocked;
• Property loss is incurred as a result of your personal intention or gross negligence.

3.6 If the LSG Agency platform system fails to operate normally due to the following conditions, the team will not be liable for damages, including but not limited to:

• During the period of system downtime for maintenance announced by LSG Agency;
• Failure of telecommunication communication to carry out data transmission;
• Majeure factors such as natural disasters, war, government regulations, etc.;
• Service interruption caused by hacker attacks or third-party payment gateway failures.

4. Suspension/Termination of Account

4.1 In case of any of the following circumstances, LSG Agency has the right to interrupt or terminate the network services provided to you under this Agreement at any time without notice to you:

• You violate the purchase rules set forth in this Agreement;
• You violate the LSG Agency’s activity rules when participating in activities.

4.2 If a user illegally uses third-party stores or unauthorised channels to purchase "coins", LSG Agency has the right to freeze the account and impose penalties accordingly, up to a permanent ban.

4.3 If you use improper means (including exploiting system vulnerabilities, using plug-ins, or other cheating programs) to recharge your account, LSG Agency has the right to confiscate and freeze your improper income at any time and block your account.

4.4 Users are not allowed to engage in any illegal and criminal activities (e.g., money laundering) through recharging. Where the illegal activities are serious, such issues will be reported to the relevant judicial authorities.

4.5 In the event that LSG Agency suspends or blocks your account or freezes "coins" due to your violation of this Agreement, there will be no refund of any value paid for the "coins".

5. Strict Prohibition of Minors

5.1 LSG Agency is strictly an 18+ platform. Minors are strictly prohibited from using this service, accessing the platform, or executing any recharge transactions.

5.2 You must be of lawful age to enter into a contract in the jurisdiction where you reside. If we become aware that a user is underage, LSG Agency reserves the right to immediately and permanently suspend the account without refund, and prevent further access to the platform.

6. Confidentiality Obligation

6.1 Trade secret refers to all practical and non-public information provided by LSG Agency, or learned by you during the use of platform services. This information is related to LSG Agency business and can bring economic benefits to LSG Agency, including technical information, business information, the amount and settlement method of service fees, and other non-public information.

6.2 You shall strictly abide by this Agreement. Without the written consent of LSG Agency, you shall not disclose to a third party or use the trade secrets of LSG Agency for purposes other than those specified in this Agreement.

7. Modification, Rescission and Termination of the Agreement

7.1 LSG Agency has the right to change or terminate this Agreement when necessary.

7.2 LSG Agency has the right to terminate this Agreement immediately if you violate the laws, regulations, or normative provisions of Singapore or your jurisdiction, or breach other obligations stipulated in this Agreement.

8. Liability for Breach of Contract

8.1 You shall be responsible for all direct and indirect costs, losses and compensation arising from any infringement of the legitimate rights and interests of a third party resulting in a lawsuit, claim and / or damage to the reputation of LSG Agency.

8.2 LSG Agency has the right to claim compensation for the losses caused by your breach of this Agreement.

9. Amendments

We reserve the right to amend this Agreement at our own discretion and update it on LSG Agency at any time without prior notice to you. Once the updated agreement is published, they will replace the original agreement without further notice. If you do not accept the modified terms, you must cease using LSG Agency services.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute, controversies or differences arising out of or related to this Agreement shall first be referred to mediation in Singapore, in accordance with the Singapore International Mediation Rules. In the event that the dispute cannot be settled in mediation, you agree that the dispute shall be governed by the laws of Singapore and shall be subject to arbitration in Singapore administered by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre.
