Welcome to LSG Agency. Our products and services ("LSG Agency", "we", or "our") are incorporated into and bound by these Terms of Service. In these Terms of Service, we shall refer to our products and services as the "Service", unless stated otherwise. Please read on to learn more about our strict zero-data processing practices. Your use of the Service means that you agree to all the terms stipulated within these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to any of the terms in these Terms of Service, please do not use the Service.

We operate our core servers in Singapore and are compliant with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012. If you have any concerns about the data protection regime in Singapore, we encourage you to visit the website of the Singapore Personal Data Protection Commission at https://www.pdpc.gov.sg/.

Before using LSG Agency, you must carefully read and fully understand all the terms stipulated within these Terms of Service. Using it means that you agree to abide by all the provisions of these Terms of Service, and any subsequent amendments we may make from time to time. Additionally, you must be at least 18 years old and have full capacity to enter contracts under the laws of the jurisdiction in which you reside. LSG Agency shall not be held responsible for any events or incidents that occur outside of the platform between its users. If you do not meet the above conditions, you should immediately discontinue the use of the Service.

1. Information We Do Not Collect

In accordance with our strict privacy standards, we do not collect your personal identity information. When you install the Service on your device and access LSG Agency, we do not require or collect your name, mobile number, email, password, gender, or exact location.

LSG Agency does not collect IP addresses, device identifiers, MAC addresses, device functionality metrics, or page browsing statistics. We operate a zero-data tracking policy to ensure your absolute anonymity.

If you choose to voluntarily share communications within LSG Agency with other users (such as live streams or anonymous chats), you agree that you are doing so at your own risk. Because we do not monitor or log personal data, we are not responsible for any use or misuse of these communications you choose to share publicly.

In the event of an LSG Agency crash or freeze, our anonymous error reporting does not contain any personally identifiable information. We will not rent, share, or sell your information to any third party under any circumstances.

2. How We Use or Disclose Information

Because we do not collect personal data, we do not have personal data to disclose to third-party organizations, advertisers, or Service Providers.

If you voluntarily provide a contact method strictly for support purposes (such as emailing us directly), we will only use it for the following purposes:

  • Establishing contact with you to resolve your support ticket;
  • Sending you administrative notifications or alerts related to platform stability;
  • Complying with legal obligations if required by a law enforcement agency with proper jurisdiction.

We do not share your information with any marketing agencies, SMS providers, or email providers for promotional reasons.

3. User’s Own Disclosure of Information

LSG Agency allows you to choose whether you wish to share content during live streams. Where you choose to do so:

  • Any information or content that you voluntarily disclose on LSG Agency becomes accessible to the public. Other users may re-share your information or content without your knowledge. We shall not be responsible in any way whatsoever for such sharing.
  • Because we do not store personal profiles, if you disclose your real identity on stream, you assume all risks associated with that disclosure.

4. How to Use the Services and LSG Agency

Your access to and use of the Services is subject to these terms and all applicable laws and regulations. You agree that you will comply with these terms of Services and LSG Agency’s Community Guidelines and will not:

  • Create, upload, transmit, distribute, or store any content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, invasive of privacy, harassing, threatening, abusive, or inflammatory;
  • Impersonate any person or entity, falsely claim an affiliation with any person, or perform any fraudulent activity;
  • Defame, harass, abuse, threaten or defraud users of LSG Agency, or attempt to collect personal information about users;
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the Services;
  • Modify, adapt, translate or create derivative works based upon the Services;
  • Interfere with or damage the operation of the Services, including uploading viruses, adware, spyware, worms, or other malicious code;
  • Attempt to bypass any content filtering techniques we employ or access restricted areas;
  • Use the Services for any illegal purpose in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.

LSG Agency takes no responsibility and assumes no liability for any User Content or for any loss or damage resulting therefrom. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, LSG Agency reserves the right to remove or screen any User Content posted on the Services at any time and without notice. Any use of the Services in violation of the foregoing may result in termination or suspension of your access.

5. Cash Rebate and Withdrawal Policy

Our platform strictly prohibits any form of cash rebates. Users may only withdraw points earned through receiving gifts, tips from others, or participation in platform activities. Any attempt to use the withdrawal feature for illegal purposes, such as money laundering, fraud, gambling, or other unlawful activities, is strictly prohibited. In the event of any violation of these terms, LSG Agency will immediately suspend the offending access privileges and report the case to the relevant regulatory authorities in accordance with the law.

6. Prohibition of Child Exploitation

LSG Agency strictly prohibits users from creating, uploading, or distributing content that facilitates the exploitation or abuse of children, such as:

  • Inappropriate interaction targeted at a child.
  • Child grooming or sexualization of a minor.
  • Sextortion (threatening or blackmailing a child).
  • Trafficking or commercial sexual exploitation of a child.

If child sexual abuse content is identified, we will take immediate action against the user. Actions include removing the offending content, permanently banning access, and reporting the incident to international law enforcement authorities immediately.

7. Your Anonymous Profile

Because we do not require standard account registration, your profile on LSG Agency remains anonymous. We do not link to Facebook, Google, Apple ID, or any third-party social media tokens. Other users cannot see your personal data or your physical distance from them.

8. Data Access and Deletion

Because we operate on a zero-data collection framework, there is no personal profile database for us to delete. You have complete control over your anonymity. If you choose to uninstall the LSG Agency app from your device, your connection to the platform is completely severed. If you have sent us an email for support, you may request the immediate deletion of that email thread by contacting us.

9. Outbound Links

If you visit a website, product, or service provided by a third party through a link on LSG Agency, that third party may collect information about you. Please refer to the privacy policy of the respective third party. These Terms of Service do not apply to any information exchange between you and any third party.

10. Safety

Protecting user privacy is our top priority. Our infrastructure is securely hosted in Singapore. Due to the inherent nature of the Internet, we cannot guarantee the absolute protection of communications from loss or interception, but by not collecting personal data, we eliminate the risk of a personal data breach. By using the Service, you agree to the anonymous transmission of your stream data through our servers.

11. Age Restrictions

The Service is strictly not applicable to any individuals under the age of 18. We do not intentionally collect any personally identifiable information of children, nor do we permit their usage of the platform. If we become aware that a user under the age of 18 is accessing the platform, we will permanently block their access immediately.

12. Account Activity

You can acquire "coins" through recharging (which is non-refundable, as detailed in the Recharge Agreement) or earn "points" through activities like live-streaming. To maintain platform efficiency, if you do not access LSG Agency for three consecutive months, your anonymous "coins" or "points" balance will be cleared.

13. Amendments

We reserve the right to amend these Terms of Service at our own discretion and update it on LSG Agency at any time without prior notice to you. Once the updated Terms of Service are published, they will replace the original Terms of Service. If you do not accept the modified terms, you must cease using LSG Agency services.

14. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute, controversies or differences arising out of or related to these Terms of Service shall first be referred to mediation in Singapore, in accordance with the Singapore International Mediation Rules. If you have any questions or complaints, please contact us via email at contact@livestreamingguide.xyz. In the event that the dispute cannot be settled in mediation, you agree that the dispute shall be governed by the laws of Singapore and shall be subject to arbitration administered by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre.

If any provision of these Terms of Service is invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, other provisions shall remain valid and binding.
